Jag.Cab, today owns a fleet of eighty cars and rents them on wholesale to its partnering Self Drive B2C companies and to those who have dreamt of becoming a “Taxi Operator” but haven’t been able to afford it. It also rents to individuals and families wanting to cruise the “Amazing India” and also helps them to make their journeys a cherished experience.
Jag.Cab's value proposition to its Self Drive Client Partners is "Fully Managed Outsourcing" against "Insourcing", which suffers from sub-optimal utilization of the cars and manpower deployed to manage the order life cycle. Jag.Cab has helped improve the struggling bottom lines of its Client Partners by time-sharing the cars and providing fully managed order life cycle management (Service Fulfillment).
Jag.Cab pitched Rental Offer vis-a-vis Car Financing proved to be a killer - disrupted the Car Financing market. We witnessed Taxi Drivers lining up outside our offices in Delhi and Amritsar to grab the "First Come, First Served" offer and many returned disappointed.
